PICK_DIRECTIVE.LABELS_PRINTED_FLAG Is Not Updated for s Stock Order When STOCK_ORDER.CONSUMER_DIRECT Is 'Y' (Doc ID 2166056.1)

Last updated on APRIL 14, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Warehouse Management System - Version 14.0.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

For consumer direct orders with STOCK_ORDER.CONSUMER_DIRECT = 'Y' the PICK_DIRECTIVE.LABELS_PRINTED_FLAG does not get updated when picks are generated by run_distribution.sh.  For case picking, the system allows for repeat printing of the same container.

Steps to Recreate:

  SCP:
  cd_labeled_picking='Y'
  cd_labeled_tote='Y'

1. Create a wave for case type picking of a customer order.
2. Notice the PICK_DIRECTIVE.LABELS_PRINTED_FLAG is N.
3. Print the wave. Labels are generated.
4. Notice the PICK_DIRECTIVE.LABELS_PRINTED_FLAG is N, and it should be Y now.
