Symptoms

Export Spreadsheet "XLS" results in 'E_fail Delivery' error.

ERROR

Data provider or other service returned an E_Fail status. Please contact your system administrator to correct the problem

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open a Project.
  2. Go to File, Export, Spreadsheet (XLS).
  3. Another screen will pop up (EXPORT TYPE Check mark activities, activity, relationship, expenses, resources, and resource assignment)
  4. Make sure the template includes the resource note column, select Finish.
  5. This will Result in error: 'Primavera P6 Professional R15.2 Export Failed. Data provider or other service returned an E_Fail status. Please contact your system administrator to correct the problem.'
