MSCFNORD.pll Fails To Compile In Ebs-12.2.5 Version In Any Patch That Contains This File (Doc ID 2166833.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Patch Application Issues

Currently, the file version 120.159.12020000.3 is compiled successfully. Whenever a patch is applied that contains a later version of MSCFNORD.pll, the file fails to compile. The current file version attempting to compile is: MSCFNORD.pld 120.159.12020000.22

It fails with the following error:
