Symptoms

MetaSolv Solution 6.2.1

After installing and configuring a new database, the CORBA Gateway Events are not processing and stuck in a 'Sending' status.
None of the options listed below have resolved or assisted with identifying the problem.

  * Enabled the Work Management > Work Queue Management > Gateways > WM Gateway Event Processing System Preference.

  * Ensured EVENTPROC is enabled on only one server.

  * Restarted the application server and verified there were no error messages in the server logs.

  * Started the server with Debug mode and verified there were no error messages in the server logs.
