Symptoms

On Agile 9.3.5.0 version, IIS8.x proxy server configuration not working

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to login to webclient via IIS proxy url

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Able to login to webclient via IIS proxy url

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Agile 9.3.5.0 version
2. Configure IIS8.x as proxy server
3. Login to webclient via IIS proxy url

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access Agile PLM via IIS proxy url.
