Description: If a bill segment is in error and the user tries to navigate
from any tab while user is on Calc Lines Tab, user is unable to navigate on
Bill segment page.
Steps to Follow:
1. Create a bill with some bill segments in error
2. Select the hyperlink from bill page of bill segment in error.
3. Navigate to the Calc lines tab on bill segment page
4. Select the Main tab
Unable to move back to the main tab. User is stuck on the Calc Lines Tab.
User should be able to move to any other tab on Bill segment Page
