Symptoms

On OPPM 16.1.0.0 version, Installation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
After logging in to a new installation of OPPM 16.1 on Windows 2012 Server, navigation icons (left side of page) and drop-down selectors (forms, scorecards, portfolios, items, etc...) are unresponsive.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Navigation icons and drop-down selectors should be responsive and perform navigation and object selection without issue.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install OPPM
2. Log in to OPPM
3. Click on navigation icon or drop-down selectors

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the application is non-functional.
