On : 12.2.5.1 version, DM-Gen

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When we run the DATA_CLEANUP procedure, it wipes out seeded rows in launch_type, launch_copy_data, launch_mode and launch_status which are used by the New Product Launch seeded worksheet.

Now these 4 tables only have 1 row each, where the respective id value = 0.
