PC with Tran Exceptions not Updating RMS Retail Correctly for Exception Items (Doc ID 2167963.1)

Symptoms

Retail Price Management (RPM) 14.1 Interfaces/Integration

RPM is not sending the correct retail to Retail Merchandising System (RMS) when a parent / zone level price change has tran exceptions at a higher retail.
You expect the tran exceptions to reflect the higher retail not the parent retail.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Price Change for parent item in RPM
2. Create tran exceptions for larger sizes (all colors) at a higher retail
3. Approve all records in RPM
4. Review item retail in RMS

Note the following: 
  Parent item retail at zone and location is updated to new retail entered for parent item in RPM.
  Tran exception child items at both zone and location are not updated to correct (higher) retail entered in RPM.
  New parent retail entered in RPM is incorrectly applied to all child items, including tran exception items.
