Purpose

This article it to clarify on the SOAP Message version that is working with BRM 7.5.

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Applications 7.5.0 version, after deploying and launching the Web Services Manager (BrmWebServices.war) on Tomcat Server, it is noticed that the version of SOAP Message is 1.1.
