On : 12.1.3 version, ATP based on collected data
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
There is both a shipping calendar and carrier calendar setup. The Shipping calendar does not have weekends active for shipping. The Carrier calendar does have weekends available.
'Request Date Type' on the customer is setup as 'Arrival', and the intransit lead time is 2 days.
For example,
Whenever requesting for arrival on Tuesday August 9, then it will allow shipping on the weekend (with 2 days of intransit lead time). The schedule ship date (SSD) is set to Sunday August 7. This date is inactive on the Shipping Calendar.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The shipping calendar is inactive on Sundays. When scheduling a sales order for arrival on Tuesday August 9, the schedule ship date (SSD) should be set to 2 workdays prior to this date.
Since the shipping calendar is inactive on both Saturdays and Sundays, the SSD should be set to Friday August 5.
