Allocation Rule Fails to Execute After Adding New User Defined Custom Dimension (Doc ID 2168554.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT) 6.1.0.1, a newly created allocation rule fails to execute. When executed from command line, throws the following error.

ERROR

Error: (1019) Detail primary key must include ID_NUMBER and IDENTITY_CODE.

Error: (1042) Invalid Page.

Other allocation rules run correctly without any issue.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run newly created allocation from command line and UI.
