Goal

In the following context: Term deposits with Partial & Restructured Breaks

1. Have executed the Break identification process for as of date 01-01-2016 and prior period date as 31-12-2015. On checking the output, there is a case where the breakage type cd is stamped as 5 ( which indicates that the case has partial and re-structuring breaks).
2. On comparing the maturity date of current period with prior period have found that the origination date of current period is the maturity of the prior period which indicates that it is a roll over case. As it is a rollover there is a change in CUR_PAR_BAL.
3. The cur_par_bal in the current period record is appearing as breakage amount in the current period record.   Expect that the difference in cur_par_bal of current and previous should be appearing as breakage amount.

Why is OFSAA considering this case as Breakage?
