On OSM 18.104.22.168.1 Build Number: 1036 clustered with two managed servers , in a custom solution (not AIA cartridges) customer have defined a LAN_IP order data structure (unbounded) with the following sub-elements , LAN_IP and SubnetMask.
The following behaviors have been defined.
LAN_IP : Constraint, XQueryData instance
LAN_IP/IP : Event (Refresh), Constraint
LAN_IP/SubnetMask : Event(Refresh),Constraint,Lookup
When the user tries to add an instance of a LAN_IP structure within a manual task using IE11, the following behavior is noticed :
In one of the two managed servers, the behaviors defined in the field LAN_IP/IP and LAN_IP/SubnetMask are working correctly.
In the second managed server, and for the same order using the same web browser the behaviors are not working as expected.
While trying to further investigate the issue , customer noticed that if they stop one of the two managed servers, the behaviors are working as expected.
Furthermore the issue is not reproducible when having a single server installation.
