Symptoms

When attempting to Import user information using excel file, the following error occurs:

ERROR In Web Client GUI

"The cover page, p2, p3 attributes of the object(ngong::null::null::none@none.com::null::null::null) are not updated. Get exception during process:Missing required value(s) in : General Info.Lastname"

"The cover page, p2, p3 attributes of the object(ngong::null::null::none@none.com::null::null::null) are not updated. Get exception during process:Missing required value(s) in : General Info.Firstname"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Generated Users Configuration Report, outputs a spreadsheet
2. Edit the spreadsheet so that only fields USERID, EMAIL and SECONDARY EMAIL ADDRESS remain
3. Go to Import
4. Choose the spreadsheet and Template Type is Standard, no template, worksheet is selected, location of header row is 1 and last row is NA
5. Specify File Content: User Only
6. Data Mapping: Use Currently Defined Mapping Definition
    Data Transformation: No transformations are necessary
7. Mapping:
      User ID <= User ID
      Email <= Email
      Secondary Email <= Secondary Email
