Error: "Synchronization service job failed." when sending P6 Data to Unifier using the Primavera Gateway

Symptoms

When attempting to push data from Unifier to P6 via Gateway, the following symptoms occurs:

In P6 EPPM:

Synchronization service job failed.

In P6 Gateway:

No jobs are created for the synchronizations which are run.

In P6 Job Services:

Error: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/fasterxml/jackson/core/type/TypeReference
