Node -1 Does Not Exist in The Cache Error When to Click BOM Tab (Doc ID 2169746.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open any BOM tab of Item
the following error occurs.

Error

Node -1 does not exist in the cache


Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logon Agile Web Client as user admin
2. Open any Item
3. Click BOM tab, will see error occurs.
