On : 7.5.0.13.0 version, Activity Opcodes

Error during PCM_OP_ACT_LOG_USER_ACVTIVITY

When executing deferred actions, not all of them are executed and the below errors were found in the log. It did not fail for the same deferred action if the process were executed again.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run PCM_OP_ACT_SCHEDULE_EXECUTE to process deferred accounts
