Full Resyncs Fail in OC3C on Linux (Doc ID 2170156.1)

Symptoms

On a new Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C) installation, full resyncs fail without any client errors.

As a result, the Service Logic Controllers (SLCs) and Voucher Wallet Servers  (VWS') do not have the configured screens configuration required to start and run correctly.

Changes

New OC3C installation/replication client nodes.
