Goal
The Oracle Clinical 5.1 documentation indicates that you can create either a single 12c DB or PDB (Pluggable Database) inside a container DB.
The installation guide requires the "compatible" parameter to be set to 11.2.0.4.
Errors ORA-00406 and ORA-00722 were generated when you created the container and pluggable database.
You also tried to create the database as a single database (none CDB/PDB) and it was successful.
You would like to create this database as a PDB in a container and would like to know if there is/are any available workaround?
What should the 'Compatible' setting be set to?
