Scheduled Gates Not Running

The Daily Scheduled Gates are not running in Production and/or uStage.

The Daily Scheduled Gates should run in Production and/or uStage.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

The steps below takes you to the schedule configuration
(1) Log into Unifier Admin Mode > Proxy User
(2) Navigate to the particular Shell
(3) Navigate to Templates > Shells > Gates
(4) Open the Schedule Gates record
(5) Click the Schedule tab

These steps will take you to the Scheduler Details
(1) Switch to User Mode
(2) Navigate to the particular Home Workspace
(3) Project Information > Gates
NOTE: Observe the Last Scheduled Run

Due to this issue, users are not able to report on Project Phases every day.
