Case Narrative Is Not Correct Displayed After Save (Doc ID 2171244.1)

Symptoms


 On Applications Oracle Argus Safety Version : 7.0.5

After saving a case with new narrative, the old Case Narrative is displayed

However despite the display, the information is correctly stored in the database.

Each time the user saves the case Argus switches between the old and current case narrative.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Via Argus Console > System Configuration > System Management (Common Profile Switches)

2. A Custom Routine After Commit is defined that has an existing reference under [Table Config] to the CASE_NARRATIVE table

3. With above setting in place when user adds one line of narrative to a case via Case Form [Analysis] tab for Narrative all is good per below:

4. However after they add a second line of text per below (screenshot prior to case save):

5. After hitting [Save] this text disappears per below:
