Symptoms

we are trying to deploy WHODrug Enhanced and WHODrug Herbal 2016 Jun on their DEV/VAL/PROD environment. WHile loading, we encounter below error.

ORA-02298: cannot validate (WHODDE_HD_C_JUN2016.FK_WHO_DRUG_ING_PHARM_PROD_ID) - parent keys not found
