ReceiptCre Message Sent from SIM is Updating the RMS Shipment Table With Receipt Number as NULL. (Doc ID 2171902.1)

Symptoms

In Store Inventory Management (SIM) application, we find that after receiving a Direct Store Delivery (DSD), SIM sends a ReceiptCre message to Retail Merchandising System (RMS). However, when the message is consumed by RMS, the receipt number in the RMS database table SHIPMENT.EXT_REF_NO is updated as null.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a purchase order in RMS (e.g., item: 100150057 // Qty: 100)
  2. Receive the purchase order in SIM (Qty: 50)
  3. Note the ReceiptCre message sent from RMS:
