POSTransaction Webservice Not Updating FUL_ORD Table With Modified Quantities for Customer Order (Doc ID 2172136.1)

Symptoms

While using the POS Transaction WebService for creation of a Customer Reservation/Order, we cannot find Customer Reservation/ Order MODIFY transaction code in the WebService.   We use the ORDER_NEW transaction code to again increase the reserved quantities.  But when we modify the customer order (in this case increasing the reserved quantities), FUL_ORDER.QUANTITY_ORDERED does not get updated with increased quantities.  However, STORE_ITEM_STOCK.QUANTITY_CUSTOMER_RESERVE gets updated.

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Navigate to POS Transaction WebService
  2. Create Customer Reservation / Order 

Use data (template) as below for the Webservice xml:


8. Publish the message using WebService

9. Note that FUL_ORD_LINE_ITEM.QUANTITY_ORDERED is updated as 10, but STORE_ITEM_STOCK.QUANTITY_CUSTOMER_RESERVE is updated to 30.
