Vaccine Error While Saving Case After Accepted E2B (Doc ID 2172159.1)

Symptoms

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

The same issue of Bug 18153513 is still observed on Argus Safety version 7.0.5 though that bug has been fixed on 7.0.5.
After an E2B XML file with a company drug and multiple non-company drugs is imported and is accepted E2B for being created as a new case,
when trying to save the new case without changing anything, case is unable to be saved with the following messages are displayed.

First Error Message:
"Please choose at least one vaccine to be printed in Block 13."

Second Error Message:
"If any of the Vaccines in the case have a value other than "System Calculated" for "Include in VAERS block" field, please ensure that all the Vaccines in the case have a value other than "System Calculated" selected for the field."

HOW TO REPEAT:
-----------------------
1. Import an E2b that contains one company drug and 6 non company drugs E2b XML file.
2. Accept the import E2b as a case.
3. Open the imported case.
4. Clink on save from the general tab on case form.
5. Gets the following error.

First Error Message: "Please choose at least one vaccine to be printed in Block 13."

6. Click on OK.
7. Takes you back to the case form Products tab on case form.
8. Click on Save again.
9. Observe the following error.

Second Error Message: "If any of the Vaccines in the case have a value other than "System Calculated" for "Include in VAERS block" field, please ensure that all the Vaccines in the case have a value other than "System Calculated" selected for the field."

10. Click on OK.
11. Takes you back to the case form products tab and focuses on 2nd product.
12. Click on Save.
13. Gets the following error.

Second Error Message: "If any of the Vaccines in the case have a value other than "System Calculated" for "Include in VAERS block" field, please ensure that all the Vaccines in the case have a value other than "System Calculated" selected for the field."

14. Close the case without saving it.
15. Open the case again.
16. Save the case from the general tab.
17. This time saves without any error.
