Content Group Rules Tab Appearing Empty In BCC After Migration To 11.1/11.2

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to access the rules tab in BCC for a Content Group, the tab is empty and
the following error is displayed in the BCC logs:
Migrated environment to version 11.1/11.2 from a previous version.
