OCOMC GUI Installation In Windows Server Is Not Refreshing Cartridge Status Correctly

On : 22.214.171.124.0 version,
OCOMC GUI installation in Windows Server is not refreshing Cartridge status correctly.
After Installing OCOMC GUI in a remote windows server, unable to see the status changing in the cartridges UI(User Interface).
The log is updated without error saying the cartridge started, but nothing happens in the UI. If we close the GUI window and open it again we can see that the cartridge actually started.
