Logging in to Primavera Analytics Fails With "Error 500--Internal Server Error" (Doc ID 2174510.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to login to Primavera Analytics the following error occurs:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Primavera Analytics.

2. View first error.

3. Login to OBIEE.

4. View second error.


Due to this issue, users cannot access Primavera Analytics.
