Theme Selector Widget Closes Prematurely With Chrome Browser (Doc ID 2174558.1)

Symptoms

Using: Convergence 3.0.1.3.0

Once logged into Convergence with Chrome browser (tested with version 52.0.2743.116 - 64 bit), if you click on 'Themes' and start scrolling the available themes, the theme selector overlay widget closes unexpectedly when reaching the last page.  Likewise, if you click on "Themes" again, it will show the last page available and when using the arrows to go back to the first page, the same issue occurs once the first page is reached.
