 Qn1: While calling APIs from SOAP, JCA is throwing errors why?
 Qn2: The xercesImpl.jar file were present in PS11 JCA war file but not included in PS15 JCA war. Is there any specific reason for removing this RAR file from JCA PS15 Package?
 
Qn3: This particular JAR was available to JCA PS11 OOB RAR. Is Oracle is removing this jar, which is mandate?
