Why Active IPv4 Subnet Consumption Is Enabled With End Date? (Doc ID 2175343.1)

Symptoms

In GUI, IPv4 Subnet summery page--> Consumption Tab contains End date for Active consumption. Based on my understanding it should be null for active assignments. If it is released from assignments then it should update end date.

Changes

 Software needs to be changes to make sure that the end date is not populated when it is supposed to be active.
