Goal
On : 7.5.0.9.0 version, Payment Tool
Whenever a payment is made through payment tool on a written-off account payment tool crashed with access violation error.
Steps to reproduce this issue.
1. Create a account and generate a bill for that account.
2. Write off account using opcode PCM_OP_AR_ACCOUNT_WRITEOFF with below input Flist
3. Open payment tool and and choose a payment type. Enter details of payment with above written off account.
4. Click on Validate.
