Symptoms

Auto Deployment fails with the following errors in the event logs:


1. Due to Page Association:
Error: Pages in Association Data Relationship can't be changed in new study version!

2. Due to Review state error message:
Review state [DataManagementReview] previously had value [3] and [1] was entered
