Wrong Value for Call Reference Number Field in Case of Calls Initiated by 'Call Initiation' Feature Node
(Doc ID 2176075.1)
Last updated on SEPTEMBER 23, 2022
Applies to:
Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control - Version 5.0.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
On the Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control(OC-NCC) 5.0.2, for calls generated by OC-NCC's Feature Node 'Call Initiation' (eg. in case of USSD Callback scenario), the CALL_REF_NO (call reference number) field of the EDR generated contains a duplicated value of a previous EDR.
It can be verified by checking generated EDR's, where it can be seen that there are multiple EDRs having the same value for CALL_REF_NO field.
It is expected that the value of call reference number field is unique.
