Error text is poorly formatted on Error ToolTip and on ActivityError screen. When an activity triggers a validation and you move the mouse to hover over the exclamation point if the text is longer than the box it goes past it and not wrapped. Also if you click on the exclamation point to get to the ActivityError screen if the message needs to span to two lines half of the word will be on the first line and the second half will be on the proceeding line.

The Error Text should format correctly on tooltip and the ActivityError screen.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Proccess an activity that would trigger a case configured in ValidateExpressions BR
2) Once activity has been processed hover over red explanation point besides lighting bolt
2a) Message configured in ValidateExpressions BR will not be wrapped to fit tool tip box
3) Click the red explanation point
3a) On the ActivityErrorScreen the error message will be poorly wrapped hard to read
Ex. on ActivityErrorScreen
This is mess
age text.
Notice that the word message is on two separate lines not joined with a "-" or have the whole word brought to same line

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users find text hard to read and cannot fully see error message as shown
