Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a contract has document number that contains an apostrophe, when creating the second phase of a committed change document from change management, the change document is created without a number. This occurs no matter what the second phase is. In budget contracts, this occurs in the first phase created because the contract is already linked to the change management document.
