Error when adding a Field Activity (Doc ID 2176362.1)

In CCB 2.5.0.2,  add a Field Activity, get such error in log,

CC&B environment should be setup properly to send FA Sync Requests to external system.

 

Moreover, the Field Activity is not saved by this error,
