The goal of this article is to provide an explanation why the Customer information Map Zone shows an error if a premise has more that three financially responsible.
If a customer has multiple financially responsible people (three or more) in the same premise, the Customer Information (Map Zone) will show an error message saying “The server has encountered a problem. Please contact your system administrator.” This error message shows up for every person on the premise.
