Inquiry Screen Valuation Should Use Latest Values if Current Unit Values Are Not Available (Doc ID 2176663.1)

Symptoms


Actual Behavior
Inquiry screen for a VUL policy is used to pick up policy values. If it is run on the system date then there would not be any NUV's available.
If NUVs are not found the the valuation date entered, it is valuing the funds with 0

Expected Behavior
If no NUV's are available for the valuation date entered, the Inquiry Screen should look for the previous value and use those -

 

Steps To Reproduce
1. Configure Inquiry Screen
2. Run the Inquiry Screen and select a Valuation Date with no NUV's available.
3. The Cash Value will be incorrect as variable funds are being valued as zero
