Symptoms

On all versions of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) up to version 7.5.0.16.0 (inclusive), missing and/or duplicate custom and OOB event entries in /user_activity object can cause the PCM_OP_ACT_LOG_USER_ACTIVITY opcode to fail with following errors:
