NMS Managed Server FAILED - Reason: Thread Deadlock Detected (Doc ID 2177137.1)

Symptoms

The NMS Managed Server failed.


All users reported their environments "locked up"for about 10 minutes.

The Weblogic console showed the managed server in the "FAILED" state.


The managed server's log file had these entries:

#### <[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '17' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'> <> <> <> <[STUCK] ExecuteThread: '43' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)' has been busy for "628" seconds working on the request "com.splwg.oms.ejb.viewer.ViewerBean_sckx30_RemoteViewerBeanImpl", which is more than the configured time (StuckThreadMaxTime) of "600" seconds in "server-failure-trigger". Stack trace:
