MSS Throwing Error Message when Un-assigning TN's in a PSR Orders (Doc ID 2177153.1)

Issue with un-assigning TN's after upgrade to 621.b1039.

After the upgrade to MSS 621.b1039, if you try to unassign a Telephone Number on a customer's service order (SR), users are experiencing the following:

MSS will not let you do it and is throwing the error message below.

This is an issue that we need to get resolved ASAP. It's happening in UAT and Production, and was not an issue before we upgraded to 621.b1039.

Tested with Ported Telephone Number (Created) and it does not have the issue.
