Symptoms

Transfer generated from Mass Return Transfers (MRT) does not get canceled if MRT gets canceled.

Steps:
1- Create MRT
2- Run batch mrt.
3- Check SIM, that transfer requests are active
4- Cancel MRT
5- Run batches mrt, mrtupd.
6- Transfer closed in RMS,

Transfer requests are still active in SIM.
