'Unexpected Exception Occurred' Message Appears in Manager Override Login Screen During Return Flow (Doc ID 2177261.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to perform a Manager Override during the Return flow, the following error occurs.

Unexpected Exception occurred. Please contact your system Administrator.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Select F3 POS
  2. Select F2 Return
  3. Manager Override pop up window appears
  4. Enter the wrong manager credentials using onscreen keyboard

Result:
  Unexpected Exception occurred screen is displayed.
