ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Customer have observed that in some cases (rare though) are getting delayed response from ECE. In such cases, responses are written in Delayed RAC file , however that file can only maximum store 2 records.
Also, on restarting the node or by any means , those records do not get pushed in any other form. And once more delayed records are coming , as the file can store only 2 records that gets overridden.

So, there is no way customer can get the records if needed to reconcile and unfortunately are missing them in system in such cases. Also, in cases where delayed response is coming from ECE to CDR, the DELAYED NAR file may be still there and will not get flushed, so that leads to confusion while reconciling records. This needs to be enhanced/fixed.
