Users Cannot Log into Ready Reports Module

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users log into PLM for Process and select the Ready Reports menu selection and users are prompted to enter username and password. Even when entering correct username and password, it is not possible to log into the Ready Reports.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select Application > Ready Reports.
2. Prompted to log in.
3. Prompted again to log in but it is not possible to log into the Ready Reports application.
