Avid-Third Party Reports Transferred Id Cancelled On DIVArchive Side

On : 7.1 version, AVID Interface

Avid/AMC requests are failing to process, being closed on the DIVArchive side.

Avid/AMC requests should be able to process successfully.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit request for archive/restore in Avid
2. Monitor for request failure on Avid side, review the aborted request on the DIVArchive side.


 If network switch changes have occurred, or IP changes have been made, this can cause an inability to communicate to the IP's needed to use the AMC service.
