Generic System Error When Opening/Running a BIP/Custom Report After Removing DE's From BP Form(s)

Receiving an Error when attempting to open a custom or BI Publisher Report in Unifier.

"Unifier Notification - The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact you System Administrator if you are still having problems".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the Unifier Environment as a User with Permissions to run Custom / BI Publisher reports.
2. Company Workspace > Configuration > Custom Prints and Reports > Select "Report Name" > Open > Receive the error.

Due to this issue, the Custom Report cannot be opened or edited.
