Customer Able to Browse Data Even if There Are No Active Charging Products and No Account Balance (Doc ID 2177627.1)

Goal

ECE Version: 11.2.0.7.5
BRM version: 7.5 PS14

It has been observed in production that customers were able to continue data browsing even if there were no active charging products and no account credit balance.

See below observations :

1. Inactivated all data usage charging products and checked ECE customer cache, it got synched properly
Observed: Customer can freely browsing the data.

2. Cancelled all data usage charging products and checked ECE customer cache, it got synched properly
Observed: Customer can freely browsing the data.

3. Incremental loader executed to synch all data into ECE cache and it got synched properly.
Observed: Customer can freely browsing the data.
